We were so ready for Spring this year.....I mean, seriously. over. winter. We kicked it off proper with both kids starting back to soccer.
I also got back into the swing of things with tennis after a lengthy bout of tennis elbow.
Since Spring Break fell on the week of Easter, we stayed in town and did some fun activities.

Gray started lacrosse again in April and we have so enjoyed learning more about this neat sport. He , doesn't "love" it, but he's got a real knack for it, so hopefully he'll stick it out.
In April, I planned my fourth annual Progressive Dinner event for our neighborhood. This is by far the most fun event, but also the hardest to put on. Nevertheless, it is worth it all and makes me love our neighborhood that much more!
We participated in the Germantown Municipal School District's first color run as a family, which was fun but messy. There is still dye in parts of my body!
I won my first tennis tournament and came home with these babies.....
May was a busy month with all kinds of end of the year activities like.....
|
Hayes' and Gray's first play: Cleanest Town in Texas |
|
Hayes' field day |
|
Gray's field day |
|
Hayes and her Daisy friends bridged to Brownies |

My tennis team went to City playoffs and while my partner and I won all of our matches, we did not progress to state.
It was a fun and action-filled Spring but we are so ready for Summer!
Until next time,
The Patterson
